Our Mission
See Me Be is for adults with a learning disability looking for paid employment in Wiltshire. Many people with a learning disability secure and successfully maintain voluntary work placements.
However, often adults with a learning disability experience barriers to gaining paid employment due to difficulties they may have in initiating, planning and organising activities; transferring the skills they have learned and complex problem-solving.
Therefore, we will build relationships with employers and work with adults to facilitate their access to paid employment.
Our Job Coach will help to support adults with learning disabilities in order to enable them to develop their skills and achieve their career potential.
